Sponsors who want to add items to the swag bag must contact the Institute to avoid duplicate item and send the items to Institute up to two weeks before the workshop. Is sole responsibility of the sponsor to produce the gifts.

The Institute will publish a special blog post announcing the sponsor with up to 100 words describing the sponsor activities.
