There are four positions being advertised for research software engineers and data scientists by EPCC. Founded at the University of Edinburgh in 1990, EPCC is a leading European centre of expertise in advanced research, technology transfer and the provision of supercomputer services. The variety of work gives staff exciting opportunities to develop skills in a wide range of areas.

EPCC is largely self-funded from a wide range of sources including UK research grants, European Union projects and commercial contracts. EPCC's staff work with our partners and clients to provide collaborative research, training and computing solutions. Staff have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects in a number of different areas. All these activities mesh closely together, enjoying significant mutual leverage. The variety of work gives all staff exciting opportunities to develop skills in a wide range of areas.
