Loughborough's nearest motorway link is the M1; the campus is just two miles from Junction 23. The University is clearly signed on all the other main approach roads to Loughborough.
Authorised visitors may park registered motor vehicles at any time in an authorised car park except those designated for student use. Email info@software.ac.uk to register your motor vehicles.
Arriving by bus
Coach and bus services to and from other parts of Leicestershire and the UK operate from the centre of Loughborough.
Travel by National Express or regional bus services to Loughborough then connect with local bus town services to the Loughborough University campus.
Arriving by train
Regular Intercity services operate between Loughborough and other main line towns - including daily trains to and from London St Pancras International, 90 minutes away.
Loughborough's railway station is just ten minutes away from the campus. There is a regular bus service which operates between campus and the station every ten minutes during term time.
Taxis are normally available to/from the station and the journey should cost around £5 - £6.
Arriving by air
Loughborough is served by East Midlands Airport (EMA). It is only 7 miles away and offers both domestic and international flights.
Birmingham International Airport (BHX) is the second closest airport and around an hour away from campus by car.
