I am a PhD student in the Modernising Medical Microbiology group at the University of Oxford, with a background in biochemistry. My research focuses on developing statistical and machine learning methods to predict the impact of genetic mutations on drug efficacy in Tuberculosis. I also prioritize creating sustainably developed software tools to help researchers implement reproducible solutions for diverse use cases. More generally, I am an advocate for open science and open software, fostering collaboration and transparency in scientific discovery.
