I’m a postdoctoral bioinformatician at the UK Dementia Research Institute, where I mainly work on Alzheimer's disease using single-cell sequencing and related computational approaches. I regularly teach R and support colleagues in developing robust, reproducible data analysis workflows. I'm particularly passionate about reproducibility and open science, and I enjoy helping to build a culture of transparent, shareable code and methods within the dementia research community.
