CSC - IT Center for Science

I started at CSC - IT Center for Science in Finland in 2021, bringing a scientific background in geoecology and geoinformation technology. Most of my work focuses on supporting researchers as they navigate supercomputing, offering user support, training, and creating documentation and tutorials.

Since 2019, I’ve been actively involved with CodeRefinery, co-teaching FAIR research software development and co-organizing workshops on the topic. Since 2024 I act as community manager for the project.

In 2022, I joined the board of the Nordic-RSE association, where I continue to contribute to organize events and support the growing RSE community in Finland and Nordics.

Alongside this, I’m also working on a doctoral degree at Aalto University and the Finnish Geospatial Research Institute, exploring applications of remote sensing time series.
