Open Life Sciences/Data Science for Health Equity
I am a research community builder with a strong focus on strengthening leadership, open science and training teams with a people-centric approach.
My work aligns different communities of practices and other involved actors like funders, researchers and the public, and it is supported by over 10 years in experimental and computational research in healthcare (University of Salamanca, King's College London).
In OLS(https://we-are-ols.org/), I work as the Training and Community lead, bridging together the interests and training gaps of the research community.
I co-lead the Community Management team at The Turing Way(https://book.the-turing-way.org/).
I am also involved with Data Science for Health Equity(https://www.datascienceforhealthequity.com/), where I am part of the core team and I take care of the community and lead our PPIE working group.
Finally, I am also part of the Code of Conduct Committee of The Carpentries(https://carpentries.org/).
