GIDA (Global Indigenous Data Alliance) has produced the CARE principles which focuses on implementing FAIR principles with particular care for the rights of indigenous people. They mission is #beFAIRandCARE. FAIR standing for Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable. CARE standing for Collective benefit, Authority to control, Responsibility and Ethics.
