How the Institute helped a project push turnover past £100,000

Posted by s.hettrick on 22 January 2013 - 1:51pm

Our latest case study, describes how the JournalTOCs website has seen usage triple, and turnover pass £100,000 since implementing changes suggested by the Software Sustainability Institute.

“The meetings and discussions I had with [Institute consultants] Mike Jackson and Simon Hettrick in 2010 and 2011 had an important impact on the design, usability and functionality of JournalTOCs... The Institute helped us cross the bridge from project to service... We will always be thankful to the Institute for the time, advice and guidance that they give us when we were starting JournalTOCs.” Santiago Chumbe, JournalTOCs Chief Technologist, School of Mathematical and Computer Sciences, Heriot Watt University.

The JournalTOCs case study is the latest addition to our collection of case studies.
