The largest annual gathering for the Python programming language - PyCon US 2013 - was held earlier this month. One of the speakers, Daniel Lindsley, gave rough & tumble guide, based on the pains of experience, of what to do and what not to do when trying to build an open-source software (OSS) community.
The video of Daniel's talk is available on the pyvideo website and makes fascinating viewing for anyone who's trying to build an OSS community.
