Pilot research funding in the IT as a utility area

Posted by s.hettrick on 8 November 2012 - 4:08pm

Call for Expressions of Interest - closing date 12 November 2012

Over the next three years the IT as a utility network+ will periodically issue calls for Pilot Projects in the IT as a utility (ITaaU) area. These will be projects of up to £50k (usual 80% FEC costs and EPSRC rules) to initiate collaborative research in the ITaaU area.

Projects which in the spirit of Digital Economies cross the usual disciplinary boundaries (Technical and Social, ICT and Social Science, infrastructure and users, etc.) will be encouraged, as will involvement of industry, governmental and not-for-profit sectors.

For more information, visit the IT as a utility network+ website.
