Monday 1 April marked the end of our Research Software Practices in the Social Sciences project. It was a rewarding journey, and while not all our plans were realised, we are sure we have achieved our goal of promoting research software best practices among social science researchers – and contributed to their own (academic) journeys.
We also hope to return to this project again soon. In the meantime, all our work is already available online and will remain open for the foreseeable future, including recent recordings available on our YouTube page:
- Unfinished Tales of academicTwitteR
- Software, Supporting Staff, and Research: Enhancing Collaboration
- Managing Environments for Scientists Who Code
- Quarto for Python and R
We are also open to potential collaboration if the opportunity arises.
We would also like to thank all the collaborators:
