I’m a London-based neuroscientist and research software engineer dedicated to developing free, Open Source tools for studying brains and the behaviours they produce. Currently, I lead the development of "movement," a Python package for analysing animal body movements across space and time.
With a background in medicine and a PhD in neuroimaging, I have a passion for computational neuroanatomy and especially brain atlases.
I am deeply committed to promoting open, collaborative, and reproducible science.
In my free time, you’ll often find me dancing to jazz music or failing to play woodwind instruments.
