I'm a Research Fellow/Data Steward in the Centre for Musculoskeletal Research at the University of Manchester (UoM). I am the data steward for the Rheumatic and Musculoskeletal Diseases theme of the Manchester Biomedical Research Centre. I also research data management (RDM), FAIR, and data sharing practices with sensitive health data, and the incentives/barriers to better RDM/FAIR practices. I was part of the first cohorts of UoM Open Research Fellows (2023-2024 cohort) and ELIXIR-UK DaSH fellows (2021 cohort). I am now the deputy lead of the ELIXIR-UK Human Data community and co-lead the NIHR MSK TRC Data Harmonisation workstream.
