A selection of free online talks and workshops, part of the Research Software Camp: FAIR software, are now open for registration. All talks and workshops are aimed at a beginner level and no previous knowledge or experience is required. 

This year, the RSC aims to increase language diversity. To that end, we’re offering workshops in other languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, and Ukrainian. The 2023 summer edition of Research Software Camp (RSC) will take place between 19th and 30th June.

How to publish FAIR research outputs

19th June, 15:00-16:00 BST

This talk will cover topics related to FAIR research outputs. The aim is to expand the definition of “research outputs”, define the FAIR principles, explain how to choose a repository, and demonstrate how to use a repository for archiving research outputs.

The Research Software Camps help address the lack of software skills in research through free online introductory workshops and resources. Our RSCs allow researchers with limited or no experience in software engineering to learn new coding skills and receive personal guidance in a welcoming and supportive environment.
